  • Establishing goals to improve our environmental footprint and regularly tracking progress to drive ongoing improvements.
  • Reviewing and updating our environmental commitments and targets annually.
  • Enhancing data collection from internal teams as well as from vendors, partners, and attendees to improve reporting accuracy.
  • Applying our sustainable purchasing guidelines and encouraging suppliers to meet high environmental standards, including embedding these expectations in contracts where applicable.
  • Embracing a pollution prevention mindset and striving for continuous environmental performance enhancement.
  • Supporting the local community and ensuring it benefits from our presence and events.
  • Minimizing environmental impacts from resource use across race operations, such as energy, water, materials, waste, transportation, and emissions.
  • Fully complying with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
  • Reporting environmental performance as appropriate.
