KID ROCK TO PERFORM POST-RACE CONCERT AT 2014 FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX

AUSTIN, Texas (Aug. 14, 2014) – Circuit of The Americas™ is pleased to announce that Southern rock and country icon, Kid Rock will entertain fans with a post-race concert at the Austin360 Amphitheater on Sunday, Nov. 2 of the 2014 FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX race weekendFans can also take part in the post-race track invasion, where they have the opportunity to walk in the tire treads of their motorsports heroes.

Kid Rock is a multi-instrumentalist and music producer whose album sales have reached over 26 million worldwide since the early 90s. Rock reached commercial success with his 90s hit singles, “Bawitdaba” and “Cowboy.” Rock garnished his first country hit and his most popular song in the U.S. to date with his Sheryl Crow collaboration, “Picture” which charted No. 4 on the Hot 100. Rock’s 2007 album featuring the song “All Summer Long,” charted at No. 1 in eight countries across Europe and Australia, and the music video received more than 48 million views on YouTube.
