Once again Infiniti Red Bull Racing’s Sebastian Vettel made taking the pole in qualifying look easy as he logged the fastest lap of the weekend, with a blistering time of 1:36.338. He narrowly nosed out teammate Mark Webber for the top spot in Sunday’s FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX at the Circuit of The Americas. Webber posted a time of 1:36.441. Romain Grosjean rounded out the top three spots with a time of 1:37.155. This marks the eighth time in 18 Formula 1™ races this season that Vettel has captured the pole. Should he win on Sunday it would give him his eighth win in a row and break the record for most successive wins in single season
