CIRCUIT OF THE AMERICAS™ DETAILS GENERAL GUIDELINES SURROUNDING TRANSPORTATION PLAN

AUSTIN, Texas (Oct. 8, 2012)— Circuit of The Americas’ officials have released details outlining the venue’s transportation plan for the 2012 FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX. Designed over two years’ time with input from transportation and public safety officials from Travis County, the City of Austin, the Texas Department of Transportation and consulting firms specializing in traffic and transportation planning around major events, the plan is meant to provide for the safe and efficient transportation of ticketed patrons, employees, vendors and media representatives to and from Circuit of The Americas during Grand Prix weekend.
