The COTA Culinary Experience is back for the 2023 Formula 1 Lenovo United States Grand Prix From brisket to birria, fans traveling from across the globe will get a taste of the best food Austin has to offer. With the wide variety of options, resisting the craving for seconds (or thirds, or fourths) will be quite the challenge! 

Grand Plaza

• Blues Bistro Carnival Truck – Philly Cheesesteaks – Seasoned steak, grilled onions and peppers, and cheese sauce on a hoagie roll. 
• Southside Flying Pizza – Pizza – Available by the slice or by the pie in a variety of different flavors, including: King of Pepperoni, Exotic Cheese, and Meat Lover’s.   

T15 Grandstand

• DonutNV – Mini Donuts – Hot mini donuts served by the bag in glazed, oreo, pumpkin spice and more. 
• Austin Scoops – Ice Cream – Your choice of ice cream with toppings or shaved ice. 
• Maui Wowi – Smoothies – Refreshing tropical fruit smoothies or Hawaiian frozen drinks to help beat the heat. 

Main Grandstand

• Pineapple Ninjaz– (Gluten-Free) Grilled Chicken Bowl – Grilled orange marinated chicken served with jasmine rice, pineapple, red bell peppers and sesame seeds. 
• Lono’s – Brisket Hamburgers – Quarter-pound brisket steak burgers topped with a special sauce and served with chips. 
• Asian Streetness – Kimchi Fries – Crispy fries topped with grilled chicken or pork, kimchi, veggies and their signature sauce.

• Casey’s New Orleans Snowballs – Shaved Ice – New Orleans-style shaved ice in many different corn-syrup-free flavors, topped with tajin, cream or caramel. 
• Iron Burger – Bacon Cheeseburger – Smashed Grass- Fed Beef Patty topped with bacon, pickles, swiss, crispy onion strings and Redfin sauce on a buttered Brioche bun and served with a bag of chips.
