AUSTIN, Texas (September 16, 2022) – At the 2022 Austin American Stateman’s Best of the Best Community Choice Awards this month, Circuit of The Americas was voted Top 3 in the Best Event Venue category. For a decade now, COTA has dedicated 1,200 acres in Del Valle, Texas to premier motorsport racing and entertainment for guests from around the world. COTA is thrilled to be considered a favorite among local Austinites and alongside the best event venues in the Austin area.

The Statesman’s Best of the Best is an award given to businesses nominated and voted for by the Austin public. With over 170 categories, the Statesman aims to give the community a way to recognize everything from their favorite pet grooming salon to their favorite car salesperson. In turn, the booming capital city population knows who to turn to for the best place to dance or fence company.
For the second year in a row, the racetrack is a finalist for the Event Venue category. In 2021, Circuit of The Americas and Stubb’s Bar-B-Q were runners-up to the well-deserving Long Center for the Performing Arts. The COTA team would like to congratulate the Paramount Theater on its win! With recent growth and restructuring, the Circuit is confident in its direction and future, and will continue to serve guests with the very best entertainment and experience.
