Circuit of the Americas™ Names Frederick Gardy Director of Security

AUSTIN, Texas (July 16, 2013) – Circuit of The Americas is pleased to name Frederick Gardy as director of security of the new world-class destination for premium motorsports and entertainment—and the United States’ home for Formula 1® racing. Gardy joins the Circuit team with extensive experience in large event and venue safety and security, following nine years as an assistant police chief at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Police Department. Most recently Gardy worked as a certification coordinator at the nationally recognized National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4).
