RED BULL AIR FORCE B.A.S.E JUMP FROM CIRCUIT OF THE AMERICAS™ 251-FOOT OBSERVATION TOWER PLANNED

Circuit of The Americas is scheduled to host the first of many amazing feats planned for the Red Bull MotoGP of The Americas on Friday, April 19, when the Red Bull Air Force, a team of B.A.S.E. jumpers will catapult from the observation deck of the Circuit’s signature 25-story Tower and land 251 feet below. The B.A.S.E. jump will signal the official start to MotoGP weekend, set for April 19-21, in Austin, Texas.

Media accredited to attend the Red Bull MotoGP of The Americas may cover the Red Bull Air Force B.A.S.E. jump, which is scheduled for Friday, April 19, at 8:30 a.m. CDT, subject to weather and wind conditions. Accredited journalists should meet at the Circuit’s Media Center (Building K in the Paddock) at 7:30 a.m. CDT in order to be transported to the designated areas to photography and videotape the B.A.S.E. jump at 8:30 a.m. Shuttle preference will be given to photographers and videographers who need to capture the jump. ONLY media credentialed to attend the Red Bull MotoGP of The Americas April 19-21 will be permitted into the Circuit to cover the Red Bull Air Force B.A.S.E. jump.
